Casting Kill wins in Barcelona
We're delighted to announce that our 'smart horror' feature film Casting Kill has picked up Best Cinematography for a Feature Film (James Smith) at the Love & Hope International Film Festival 2023.
The film was screened earlier in the week at the wonderful Cinema Maldà and received a very warm reception from a great audience. The venue (the oldest cinema in Barcelona) seemed in keeping with the nature of the film, which delves into the mind of a depraved casting director whose controlling mother was a Broadway star.
The gala awards evening was a wonderful occasion, representing the work of so many talented filmmakers who flew in from across the globe, and so we are deeply honoured to have received this award on behalf of all of the crowdfunding supporters, cast, crew, and enthusiasts who made it all possible.
