Best Geezer lights up Southend City
Our comedy feature film Best Geezer premiered to a packed audience at the Closing Gala of an incredibly successful Southend Film festival
"It's always difficult to know how comedy will be received," says director James Smith, "but I was absolutely delighted by the audience reaction - they seemed to be both absorbed and amused by our crazy tale of local video guys looking to hit the big time!"

This first screening at the festival was followed by a Q&A session in which the audience were invited to ask questions. The enthusiasm for this light-hearted yet satirical take on the world of British gangster filmmaking was clear, and ultimately encouraging for the future of the project.

It was an incredible launch for the film, but this is just the start! News of more screenings, reviews, and release dates will follow in the coming weeks and months.
